Your order can be paid in several ways. You can choose to pay in advance via bank transfer, pay directly via PayPal, Ideal or Credit Card or pay afterwards via Klarna or In3.

PLEASE NOTE: Certain payment options may not be available in your country!

We use Multisafepay and Mollie as a payment provider.

Klarna carries out the entire post-payment process for Sneaker Essentials . This means that you can view and pay for a Klarna payment overview via the Klarna app. In Klarna's online environment you can manage your payment statements from your computer or tablet. Klarna keeps you informed via push notifications & email when a payment overview is ready for you.

At Sneaker Essentials you can pay afterwards from €20 if you pay for the first time via Klarna. Klarna carries out a data check to approve your request for post-payment.

Klarna applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment with Klarna is not authorized, you can of course pay for your order with another payment method. You can always contact Klarna if you have any questions. For more information, we refer you to Klarna.

You will receive an email from our payment provider with all payment information. As soon as we have received the payment, we will continue processing your order.

Would you rather not pay for your purchase in one go? Then use in3 : the only spread payment method with 0% interest. You pay the purchase amount in three installments without extra costs. This way you can buy your favorite product within your budget. The minimum order amount is €100 and the maximum order amount is €3,000.

How does it work?

If you choose in3, you pay the full amount in three equal parts within 60 days. On the day of your order, you pay the first part via iDeal and your purchase will be shipped. 30 days later you pay the second part and 30 days later the third part. This way you don't have to make a large expense at once. You will receive an email with an accompanying text message as soon as you have to make a new payment. So easy!

  1. 1st payment & shipping: You immediately make your first payment and the order is shipped.
  1. 2nd & 3rd payment: Make the second payment within 30 days and make the third payment within 60 days

Unfortunately that is not possible. You can only collect orders from our location.



During checkout you can choose to collect your order from us at Lulofsstraat 55, unit 27 in The Hague . After you have placed your order, we will contact you to see when it is convenient for you to visit

The shipping costs are €5.95 within the Netherlands. This is the rate given to us by PostNL. Orders over €70.00 are shipped free within the Netherlands!*

The standard shipping costs to Belgium are €7.95. Orders over €140.00 are shipped free to Belgium!*

*For all storage boxes, shipping costs are set differently due to the size of the boxes. You will receive an accurate amount during checkout. Personalized items are also excluded from the free shipping rule.

For all international orders you will receive immediate insight into the shipping costs during the checkout process. You can also contact us via our customer service page .

All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped with PostNL  , unless otherwise stated. In almost all cases it takes 1 to 3 working days for the package to arrive at its destination with PostNL .

PostNL packages are sent with track & trace, you will receive an email about when your package has been shipped.  Furthermore, your order can be delivered to your neighbors. If you do not want this, we ask you to contact us before placing an order.

For further information regarding delivery times, please contact PostNL with your track & trace code. You will receive this via email.

Always check your address carefully when filling in the details!

If you see that the confirmation email contains an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone.

NB! Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, your order has been transferred to PostNL. Then it is too late to change the address. We'll have to wait for it to be returned. We will then contact you when the package is returned to us and make an appointment to resend it .

In this case, the costs of sending the package again are for the buyer.

Our weekend starts on Friday at 7:00 PM and ends on Monday at 8:00 AM.

We always try to ship all orders as quickly as possible, unfortunately we cannot work 24/7. All orders are packed and transferred to PostNL on weekdays.

Please note that PostNL does not deliver on Mondays .

Please email us once the second order has been placed and we will check if they can still be shipped together. If this is possible, we will refund the difference in shipping costs to the account you used to pay.

Add the products you want to your shopping cart. Once you are done, you can pay and complete your order. The order is accepted as soon as we have received payment.

In principle, you are responsible for the products you order.

From an administrative and logistical point of view, it is not always possible to adjust a placed order.

You can send an email or fill in the contact form with a request to change this, but we do not guarantee that this will always be changed successfully.

Once your order has been transferred to PostNL, it can no longer be adjusted. You must then place a new order for the correct products.

As soon as your payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been processed by us. You will then be informed by email about the ordered products.

You can track the status of the shipment with the track & trace number that you received by email from PostNL.

First check whether the confirmation has not ended up in your junk mail. If you can't find it there either, please fill out the form on our customer service page or send us an email at the following address: [email protected]

We will immediately check what went wrong and how we can solve it.

Of course! Send us an email and we will ensure that you receive your invoice in .pdf format.

If it turns out, after you have placed the order, that a product is no longer in stock, you will be informed of this as soon as possible.

All products shown are in stock unless otherwise stated. If there is a stock difference, we ask for your understanding.

Unfortunately, the product is then sold out. We regularly replenish our stock, so keep an eye on it.


No problem, provided this is done within 14 days and the products have not been used. Contact us via our customer service page and we will be happy to help you!

Magazines cannot be returned.

The costs for returns are for the buyer.

Unfortunately that is not possible. These rugs are custom made for you and are also unique in design.

If the products have been used, they cannot be returned.

Do not panic. Contact us via our customer service page and we will be happy to help you! Make sure you have good photo evidence of the damage. Unfortunately, we cannot help you further without photo evidence.

As soon as we have received your return order, we will arrange the refund. The amount will be refunded to the account from which payment was made. On average this takes between 5 to 10 working days. We cannot speed up this process.

Please note that any costs will be charged when returning used products. If your initial order had free shipping, this will also be deducted if it turns out that the total value of your order is below the limit amount.


All products we sell require the correct steps in their use. We cannot be held responsible if this is used incorrectly.

Because this cannot be controlled, the use of all products related to cleaning and protection is at your own risk.

No. The products in the customize category are consumables for which we cannot provide a warranty.
