How can I pay?

We offer several payment methods including iDeal, PayPal, Credit Card, Belfius Direct Net, prepayment via bank transfer and Klarna post-payment.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders will be handed over to PostNL within 3 working days.

As soon as your package has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive an e-mail about this.

I want to order a product that is not in stock.

You can leave your e-mail on the product page. As soon as the product is back in stock you will receive an email about it. You can also contact us via the contact form or Facebook.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! During the checkout process you can choose to pick up your order at our shop at Lulofstraat 55-27 in The Hague. After you have placed your order we will contact you to find out when it is convenient for you to drop by.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 5,95. Orders above € 70,00 will be shipped for free within the Netherlands!

Shipping costs to Belgium are € 7,95. Orders above € 140,00 are shipped for free to Belgium!

For all storage box products, the shipping costs are set differently due to the size of the boxes. An accurate amount will be indicated during checkout. Personalised items are also excluded from the free shipping rule.

For all international orders, the shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process. You can also contact us via our customer service page.

Help, one of the products has ruined my shoes!

All products we sell require the correct steps in their use. If it is used incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible.

As this cannot be controlled, the use of all products for cleaning and protection is at your own risk.

What is the difference between Liquiproof and Crep Protect?

The main difference is that Liquiproof lasts at least one year and Crep Protect is 'active' on your shoes for up to two weeks.

The packaging is also different, a spray bottle versus a spray can. Furthermore, you can treat up to 2 pairs of shoes with Liquiproof and up to 4 pairs with Crep Protect.

Some other points are:

  • Crep Protect is highly inflammable and caustic, Liquiproof is not.
  • Liquiproof is odourless and can therefore be sprayed indoors without any problems.
  • Liquiproof is more environmentally friendly.

How do I place an order via the webshop?

Place the products of your choice, with the desired quantity, in your shopping basket. Once you have finished, you can go to the checkout page where you can finalise your order. The order is not accepted until the payment has been received by us.

I have ordered the wrong product, what should I do?

In principle, you are responsible for the products you order.

From an administrative and logistical point of view, it is not always possible to change a placed order.

You can send an e-mail or fill in the contact form to request a change, however, we do not guarantee that this will always be successful.

Once your order has been handed over to PostNL, it cannot be changed anyway. You will have to place a new order for the correct products.

Where can I find the status of my order?

As soon as your payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been processed by us. After that you will be informed by e-mail about the ordered products.

You can follow the status of the shipment with the track & trace number that you received by e-mail from PostNL.

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation. What do I do now?

First check that the confirmation has not ended up in your junk mail. If you can't find it there either, fill in the form on our customer service page or send us an email at the following address: info @ sneakeressentials . nl.

We will immediately find out what went wrong and how we can solve it.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Of course! Send us an e-mail and we will make sure you receive your invoice in .pdf format.

How do I know if a product is still in stock?

If, after you have placed your order, it appears that a product is no longer in stock, you will be informed as soon as possible.

All products shown are in stock if not stated otherwise. Should there be a difference in stock, we ask for your understanding.

I can't add a product to my basket.

Unfortunately, the product is then sold out. We replenish our stock regularly, so keep an eye on it.

How can I pay?

The total amount of the order can currently be paid in the following ways:

  • iDeal
  • PayPal *There is a 2% variable charge when using this payment method.
  • Credit card * There is a 1.8% variable charge when using this payment method.
  • Bancontact / Mistercash *There is a 1.5% variable charge when using this payment method.
  • Belfius Direct Net
  • Sofort Banking
  • Pay in advance by bank transfer
  • Postpayment via Klarna *There is a standard 3% variable charge when using this payment method.

All payments are processed through Mollie except PayPal payments and the post-payment option. These are handled directly through PayPal.

I have chosen the prepayment option, what now?

You will receive an e-mail from our payment provider with all the payment information. As soon as we have received the payment, we will prepare the order for shipment with PostNL.

You can also pay afterwards at Sneaker Essentials via Klarna! Choose the option Post-payment during the checkout process.

I have chosen the post-payment option, what now?

Klarna carries out the Sneaker Essentials Klarna performs the entire payment process. This means that you can view and pay for your payment statements via Klarna. In the online environment of Klarna , you can manage your payment statements from your computer or tablet. Klarna will keep you informed via push notifications & e-mail when a payment statement is ready for you.

You can pay Sneaker Essentials pay afterwards from €20,- if you are paying for the first time via Klarna. To approve your request to pay afterwards, Klarna will perform a data check.

Klarna has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment with Klarna is not authorized, then you can of course pay your order with another payment method. You can always contact Klarna for questions. Can I pay in instalments?

Do you prefer not to pay your purchase in one go? Then use in3: the only payment method with 0% interest. You pay the purchase amount in three instalments without extra costs. This way you can buy your favourite product within your budget. The minimum order amount is € 100 and the maximum order amount is € 3,000.

How does it work?

If you choose in3, you pay the full amount in three equal parts within 60 days. On the day of your order, pay the first part via iDeal and your purchase will be sent. 30 days later you pay the second part and 30 days later the third part. This way, you don't have to spend a large amount of money at once. You will receive an e-mail with an accompanying text message as soon as you need to make a new payment. Nice and easy!

  1. Choose & check: Choose in3 at checkout, the system does a super fast data check.
  1. 1st payment & shipping: You make your first payment immediately and the order is shipped.
  1. 2nd & 3rd payment: Within 30 days you make the second payment and within 60 days you make the third payment.

Can I collect my package?

Yes!

The shipping costs are € 5.95 within the Netherlands. This is the rate given to us by PostNL. Orders above € 70.00 will be shipped for free within the Netherlands!

How will my order be shipped and how long does it take?

All orders are sent with PostNL Sent, unless otherwise indicated. In almost all cases it takes 1 to 3 working days for the parcel to arrive at its destination with PostNL.

PostNL parcels are sent with track & trace, you will receive an e-mail about this when your parcel has been sent. It is also possible that your order will be delivered to your neighbours. If you do not want this, please contact us before you place your order.

For further information on delivery times, please contact PostNL with your track & trace code, which you received by e-mail.

I placed my order over the weekend, when will it be shipped?

The weekend begins with us on Friday at 20:00 and ends on Monday at 8:00.

We always try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, unfortunately we cannot work 24/7. All orders are packed and handed over to PostNL during the week.

Please note that PostNL does not deliver on Mondays.

I have entered the wrong delivery address, help!

Always check your address carefully when entering the data!

If you still see an incorrect delivery address in the confirmation e-mail, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.

Please note! Once you have received the shipping confirmation e-mail, your order has been transferred to PostNL. It is therefore too late to change the address. We will have to wait for it to be returned. We will then contact you when the package is back and make an appointment to resend it.

In this case, the costs of resending the parcel shall be borne by the buyer.

I haven't received my package after 3 working days, what now?

Don't panic! First of all, check the PostNL track and trace website to see if your package was delivered to the neighbours.

If this is not the case, please contact us and we will investigate with PostNL.

I have placed two orders on the same day. Can they be sent together?

Send us an e-mail as soon as the second order is placed and we will check if they can still be sent together. If so, we will refund the difference in shipping costs to the account you paid with.

I have received my package but something is broken or damaged.

Don't panic. Contact us via our customer service page and we will be happy to help you! Please make sure that you have good photo evidence of the damage. Without photo evidence we will not be able to help you.

I have received my package but want to return it.

No problem, as long as this is done within 14 days and the products have not been used. Please contact us via our customer service page and we will be happy to help you!

Magazines cannot be returned.

The costs for returning the goods are for the buyer.

Does it help if I send a message that the package is delayed and the track and trace is accurate?

No. We can start an investigation with the shipping companies, but this will only delay the shipment.

  • 1-3 days late but accurate track and trace: please be patient.
  • 4-6 days late: please contact us.

Why don't I get free shipping on my order?

Most orders above EUR 70 are shipped for free. However, there are some exceptions to this rule, including storage boxes and personalised items.

How long does it take to receive the return payment on my account?

As soon as we have received your return order, we will arrange for a refund. The amount will be refunded to the account from which it was paid. On average this takes between 5 to 10 working days. We cannot speed up this process.

Please note that a charge may be made for returning used products. If your initial order included free shipping, this will also be taken into account if the total value of your order falls below the limit.

Do you ship Internationally?
