* Veters schoonmaken: Je krijgt een gratis nieuwe set aan veters bij sneakers die 8mm veters gebruiken.
** Vlekken behandeling: In overleg gaan wij bepalen wat mogelijk is bij het verwijderen van een vlek. Diepe olievlekken kunnen bijv. niet verwijdered worden maar een modder vlek wel.
Before and After
How does it work?
1. Choose a suitable package for your dirty sneakers and book your cleaning package.
2. You can send your sneakers to our location yourself OR you can drop them off. Please call in advance to make sure we are there.
If you send the sneakers, make sure you insure the package to reduce your risk.
3. We receive your sneakers and will then check whether you've selected the correct package for the condition your sneakers are in. If your sneakers require further attention, we will contact you by email.
4. Everything is approved, and we'll get to work getting your sneakers fresh again. This usually takes between 4-6 business days.
5. The sneakers will be packed and shipped back to you insured. If you brought them in, you can pick them up when we tell you they're ready.
*Optional* If you are unsure which package best suits your sneakers, please complete the Sneaker Check beforehand.
Treatment and delivery time
Once we receive your sneakers, we'll start processing them immediately. The turnaround time is approximately:
- 4-6 business days for all Cleaning service packages.
Once the sneakers are completely fresh again, they will be returned to you by PostNL. This takes approximately:
- 1-3 working days with PostNL
Please note: depending on how busy we are, it may take longer to get your sneakers back in top condition.
