Can I pick up my order?
Yes!
During checkout, you can choose to collect your order from us at Lulofsstraat 55, unit 27 in The Hague . The current collection days are Mondays and Thursdays, so please keep that in mind.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.95. This is the rate given to us by PostNL. Orders over €70.00 are shipped free within the Netherlands!*
Shipping costs to Belgium are €7.95 as standard. Orders over €140.00 are shipped free to Belgium!*
*The shipping costs for all storage boxes vary due to their size. You will receive an accurate amount during checkout. Personalized items are also excluded from the free shipping policy.
For all international orders, you'll see the shipping costs during checkout. You can also contact us via our contact page .
How will my order be shipped?
All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped with PostNL Shipped unless otherwise indicated. In almost all cases, it takes 1 to 3 business days for the package to arrive at its destination via PostNL .
PostNL packages are shipped with track & trace, so you'll receive an email notifying you when your package has been shipped. Your order can also be delivered to your neighbors. If you do not want this, please contact us before placing an order.
For further information regarding delivery times, please contact PostNL with your track & trace code, which you will receive by email.
I accidentally misspelled my address, what now?
Always check your address carefully when filling in the details!
If you see an incorrect delivery address in the confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone.
Please note! Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, your order has been transferred to PostNL. It's then too late to change the address. We'll have to wait until it's returned. We'll then contact you when the package is back with us and arrange a resend .
In this case, the costs of sending the package again are for the buyer.
I placed an order over the weekend, when will it be shipped?
Our weekend starts on Friday at 7pm and ends on Monday at 8am.
We always try to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, we can't operate 24/7. All orders are packed and handed over to PostNL on weekdays.
Please note that PostNL does not deliver on Mondays .
I placed two orders on the same day. Can they be shipped together?
Please email us as soon as the second order is placed, and we'll check if it can be shipped together. If so, we'll refund the difference in shipping costs to the account you used to pay.
Please note: this is not always possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Please get in touch with us for the actual shipping costs through our contact page .
Payments
How can I pay?
You can pay for your order in several ways. You can choose to pay in advance via bank transfer, pay immediately via PayPal, iDEAL, or credit card, or pay later via Klarna or In3.
PLEASE NOTE: Some payment options may not be available in your country!
We use Multisafepay and Mollie as payment providers.

Can I pay in installments?
Prefer not to pay for your purchase all at once? Then use in3 : the only installment payment method with 0% interest. Pay the purchase price in three installments at no extra cost. This way, you can buy your favorite product within your budget. The minimum order amount is €100, and the maximum is €3,000.
Before payment, in3 performs a super-fast data check. If your payment request is not authorized, you can contact in3 or choose a different payment method. For more information about in3, visit: www.payin3.nl .
How does it work?
If you choose in3, you pay the full amount in three equal installments within 60 days. On the day of your order, you pay the first installment via iDeal, and your purchase is shipped. You pay the second installment 30 days later, and the third installment 30 days later. This way, you don't have to make a large payment all at once. You'll receive an email with a text message as soon as a new payment is due. How convenient!
- Select & Check: Choose in3 at checkout, the system does a super-fast data check.
- 1st payment & shipping: You make your first payment immediately and the order is shipped.
- 2nd & 3rd payment: You make the second payment within 30 days and the third payment within 60 days.
Can I also pay on location?
Unfortunately, that's not possible. You can only pick up orders at our location.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Add the products you'd like to your cart. Once you're done, you can checkout and complete your order. Your order is accepted once we receive payment.
I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?
In principle, you are responsible for the products you order.
Administratively and logistically, it is not always possible to adjust a placed order.
You can send an email or fill out the contact form to request this change, but we cannot guarantee that this will always be successfully adjusted.
Once your order has been transferred to PostNL, it can no longer be changed. You will need to place a new order for the correct products.
Where can I find the status of my order?
Once your payment is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email that your order has been processed. You'll then be kept informed by email about the products you ordered.
You can track the status of your shipment using the track & trace number you received via email from PostNL.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation, what now?
First, check your spam folder for the confirmation. If you can't find it there either, please fill out the form on our contact page or send us an email at info@sneakeressentials.nl
We will immediately investigate what went wrong and how we can solve it.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Of course! Send us an email and we'll make sure you receive your invoice in PDF format.
How do I know if a product is still in stock?
If, after you have placed your order, it turns out that a product is no longer in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.
All products shown are in stock unless otherwise stated. Should there be a discrepancy in stock, please understand.
I can't add a product to my cart.
Unfortunately, the product is sold out. We regularly replenish our inventory, so please keep an eye on it.
Returns
Can I return my order?
No problem, as long as this is done within 14 days and the products haven't been used. Contact us via our contact page and we'll be happy to help!
Magazines and custom-made products such as custom rugs cannot be returned.
Return costs are for the buyer.
Can I return custom rugs?
Unfortunately, that's not possible. These rugs are custom-made for you and are also unique in design.
I returned a product that you won't accept. What now?
The product will be returned to you. We'll send you a payment link to cover the additional shipping costs.
I've used the products and am not satisfied. Can I return them?
If the products have been used, they cannot be returned.
I received my package but something is broken or damaged.
Don't panic. Contact us through our contact page and we'll be happy to help! Make sure you have good photo evidence of the damage. Without photo evidence, we unfortunately can't help you any further.
How long does it take before I receive the refund in my account?
Once we receive your returned order, we'll arrange a refund. The amount will be credited to the account from which you paid. This typically takes between 5 and 10 business days. We cannot expedite this process.
Please note that you will be charged for returning used products. If your initial order had free shipping, this will also be deducted if the total value of your order falls below the threshold.
Guarantees
I ruined my shoes with one of the products.
All products we sell require proper handling. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect use.
Since there is no way to control this, the use of all cleaning and protection products is at your own risk.
Do I have a warranty on products from the customize category?
No. The products in the customize category are consumables and we cannot provide any warranty on them.
