Your order can be paid for in several ways. You can choose to pay in advance via bank transfer, pay directly via PayPal, Ideal or Credit Card or pay afterwards via Klarna or In3.

NOTE: Certain payment options may not be available in your country!

Klarna handles the entire post-payment process for Sneaker Essentials . This means that you can view and pay a payment statement from Klarna via the Klarna app. In the Klarna online environment you can manage your payment statements from your computer or tablet. Klarna keeps you informed via push notifications & email when a payment statement is ready for you.

You can pay afterwards at Sneaker Essentials from €20,- if you are paying for the first time via Klarna. To approve your request to pay afterwards, Klarna performs a data check.

Klarna has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment with Klarna is not authorized, you can of course pay for your order with another payment method. You can always contact Klarna for questions. For more information please refer to Klarna.

You will receive an email from our payment provider with all the payment information. Once we receive the payment, we will continue processing your order.

Prefer not to pay for your purchase in one lump sum? Then use in3: the only spread payment method with 0% interest. You pay the purchase amount in three instalments without additional costs. This way you can buy your favorite product within your budget. The minimum order amount is €100 and the maximum order amount is €3,000.

How does it work?

If you choose in3 you pay the full amount in three equal parts within 60 days. On the day of your order you pay the first part via iDeal and your purchase will be shipped. 30 days later you pay the second part and another 30 days later the third part. This way you don't have to pay a large expense at once. You will receive an e-mail with an accompanying text message as soon as you need to make another payment. How convenient!

  1. 1st Payment & Shipping: You make your first payment immediately and the order is shipped.
  1. 2nd & 3rd payment: Within 30 days make the second payment and within 60 days make the third payment

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can only pick up orders at our location.



During checkout you can choose to pick up your order at our location at Lulofsstraat 55, unit 27 in The Hague. After you have placed your order we will contact you to see when it is convenient to come by.

Shipping costs are €5.95 within the Netherlands. This is the rate given to us by PostNL. Orders above € 70,00 will be shipped for free within the Netherlands!*

Shipping costs to Belgium are standard €7.95. Orders above € 140,00 will be shipped for free to Belgium!*

*For all storage boxes, shipping costs are set differently due to the size of the boxes. You will be given an accurate amount during checkout. Personalized items are also excluded from the free shipping rule.

All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped with PostNL sent, unless otherwise indicated. In almost all cases it takes 1 to 3 business days for the package to arrive at its destination with PostNL.

PostNL parcels are sent with track & trace, you will receive an e-mail when your parcel has been dispatched. It is also possible that your order will be delivered to your neighbors. If you do not want this, please contact us before placing your order.

For further information regarding delivery times, please refer to PostNL with your track & trace code. You will receive this via e-mail.

Always check your address carefully when filling in the details!

If you still see an incorrect delivery address in the confirmation email, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible.

Please note! Once you have received the shipment confirmation email, your order has been transferred to PostNL. So then it is too late to change the address. We will have to wait for it to be returned to us. We will then contact you when the package is back with us and make an appointment to resend it.

In this case, the cost of sending the package again is for the buyer.

Our weekend begins on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and ends on Monday at 8:00 a.m.

We always try to ship all orders as soon as possible, unfortunately we cannot work 24/7. All orders are packed and transferred to PostNL on weekdays.

Please note that PostNL does not deliver on Mondays.

Please email us as soon as the second order is placed and we will check if they can still be shipped together. If this is possible, we will refund the difference in shipping costs to the account you paid with.

So please note that it is not always possible.

Add the products you like to your cart. Once you are done you can checkout and complete your order. The order is accepted once we receive payment.

Basically, you are responsible for the products you order.

Administratively and logistically, it is not always possible to adjust a placed order.

You can send an email or fill out the contact form requesting that it be changed, however, we do not guarantee that it will always be changed successfully.

Once your order has been transferred to PostNL, it cannot be adjusted anyway. You must then place a new order for the correct products.

Once your payment is completed you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been processed by us. After that you will be kept informed by email about the products ordered.

You can track the status of the shipment with the track & trace number you received vai the e-mail from PostNL.

First, please check that the confirmation did not end up in your junk mail. If you can't find it there either, please fill out the form on our customer service page or send us an email at the following address: [email protected]

We will immediately find out what went wrong and how to fix it.

Of course! Send us an email and we'll make sure you receive your invoice in .pdf format.

If, after you have placed your order, it appears that a product is no longer in stock with us, you will be notified as soon as possible.

All products shown are in stock if otherwise stated. Should there still be a stock difference, we ask for your understanding.

Unfortunately, the product is then sold out. We replenish our stock regularly, so keep checking back.


No problem, provided it is done within 14 days and the products have not been used. Please contact us via our customer service page and we will be happy to help you!

Magazines cannot be returned.

The cost of return is for the buyer.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. These rugs are custom made for you and are also unique in design.

Don't panic. Contact us through our customer service page and we'll be happy to help! Please make sure you have good photo evidence of the damage. Without photo evidence we can unfortunately not help you.

As soon as we receive your return order, we will arrange the refund. The amount will be refunded to the account from which it was paid. On average, this takes between 5 to 10 business days. We cannot speed up this process.

Please note that there is a charge for returning used products. If your initial order had free shipping, this too will be deducted should the total value of your order fall below the limit.


All products we sell require proper steps in its use. If used incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible for it.

Since this cannot be controlled, the use of all products related to cleaning and protection is at your own risk.
