Sneaker Essentials Foam Shields

*For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of Sneaker Essentials Foam Shields once they have been removed from their packaging. The packaging is always sealed upon receipt, and we expect it to remain sealed upon return.

How do I use the Sneaker Essentials Foam Shields?

1. Slide the foam shields or shapers into your sneaker (without adhesive strips) to see if they fit properly.
   • If necessary, you can trim them a bit.
2. Stick the 3M strips onto the foam shields between the rows of holes.
3. Peel off the double-sided protective layer to expose the adhesive strip.
4. Slide the foam shields all the way to the front of your sneaker and press for 60 seconds.
5. Wear your sneakers and get less wrinkles in your sneakers!
   • If they still feel too tight, remove the insole from your sneakers.
